Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.Must have skills : Data Warehouse ETL TestingGood to have skills : NAMinimum 3 year(s) of experience is requiredEducational Qualification : any graduateSummary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools for Data Warehouse ETL Testing.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements, and develop and execute test plans and test cases.- Design and develop automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the testing team, and ensure adherence to quality processes, tools, and methodologies.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in testing and automation, and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.- Must To Have Skills: Experience in developing and implementing automated testing frameworks and tools.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with industry-standard testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, and JMeter.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.- Experience in test planning, test case design, and test execution.- Experience in defect management and tracking.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
