You will also review and integrate the technical architecture requirements and provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.- Design and develop scalable and high-performance software solutions.- Ensure the integration of technical architecture requirements.- Provide expertise in hardware, network products, system software, and security.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.- Mentor and guide junior team members in their professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition.- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Knowledge of database systems and SQL.- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
