We bring exceptional experiences using cutting-edge analytics, data proficiency, technology, and digital excellence.Were looking for a dynamic Technical Delivery Manager to lead our Product Engineering Department and ensure successful delivery of high-quality projects. This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of projects, driving excellence in execution, and managing end-to-end product delivery. The candidate would be handling major engagement and hence, ideal candidate should have in-depth technical knowledge, undertake account management, and must have proven thought leadership.Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Proficiency and End-to-End Project Management
  • A foundational history in programming
  • A technical mentor and guide for your team of experts
  • Oversee and execute projects from inception, on-budget and timely delivery, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and the implementation of best practices.
  • Establish clear scope definitions and efficient change management processes ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Embrace a though leadership approach, prioritizing team development and skill enhancement.
  • Foster an environment of confidence and openness, internally with your team and externally with clients, championing success through collaboration.
  • Set standard KPI?s for your team.
  • Drive client calls and customer success
  • Manage multiple projects, govern and oversee quality and timelines.
  • Contribute to project plans, conduct scrum meets and status meetings.
What we need in you
  • Experience with .NET Full stack, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, etc.
  • You believe in Customer eccentric approach, Innovation & improvement, Change for better and open to ideas and feedback.
  • Around 8+ years of overall development experience in Microsoft tech stack
  • Previous exposure as Developer and shifted to Delivery role for solving bigger challenges in this space.
  • Passionate for Technology and enthusiast for successful delivery
