Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.- Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.- Assist in the development and execution of project plans. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.- Experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.- Knowledge of integration between SAP SuccessFactors modules.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
