Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.Must have skills : SAP Hybris CommerceGood to have skills : NAMinimum 12 year(s) of experience is requiredEducational Qualification : Full time educationSummary: As a Solution Architect for SAP Hybris Commerce, you will be responsible for owning the overall solution blueprint and roadmap, working closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution design. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading solution design and implementation, and staying updated with the latest advancements in eCommerce frameworks and Spring Framework. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the solution design and implementation for SAP Hybris Commerce, owning the overall solution blueprint and roadmap.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful solution delivery.- Work closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution design.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in eCommerce frameworks and Spring Framework, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP Hybris Commerce.- Good To Have Skills: Experience in eCommerce Frameworks Implementation and Spring Framework.- Solid understanding of solution architecture and planning.- Experience in leading solution design and implementation.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Experience in providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
