You?ll work in a collaborative, trusting, thought-provoking environment?one that encourages diversity of thought and creative solutions that are in the best interests of our customers globally.Digital Performance team is accountable for ensuring first class experience on JPMorgan Chase desktop/mobile/tablet applications for our current and prospective customers. We are a horizontal team in Digital Technology within CCB and work with all CTO groups within Digital.Job Resposibilities:Design, develop, execute, and analyze performance and resiliency tests for applications and systems using JMeter, BlazeMeter, DevTest, Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, CloudWatch.Perform technical and non-functional tests (including response time, architecture pattern, and resource consumption).Gather and interpret performance test requirements against business requirements and functional specifications to understand how the changes impact application performance.Analyze and document application workload in production and translate into application capacity plans for performance.Create detailed performance test requirement and test approach documents, working with stakeholders to ensure requirements are captured correctly and to obtain internal sign-offs.Work with performance testers to create performance test plan, conduct related analysis, and communicate testing results.Assist project teams with application and system tuning needs, and provide application profiling to assist with defect analysis.Work with development teams to resolve defects related to performance and capacity factors.This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• Understanding of Performance testing life cycle & best practices.
• Hands on with End to end Performance testing capabilities - Scripting and Scenario creation, execution using Blazemeter JMeter / LoadRunner.
• Good Understanding of Blazemeter / Load runner/Perf Center.
• Should be able to do analysis of Splunk Log.
• Good knowledge of Dynatrace and Troubleshooting capabilities.
• Handle on Devtest/Java Mocks would be added advantage.
• Should be able to lead and guide a team of Performance Engineers.
• Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound experience with modern infrastructure technology and architecture (cloud, virtualization, object stores, etc.).
• Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
• Ability to interpret system / business requirements and prepare specification and design document.
• Sound Knowledge of tools Jira / Confluence.
• Strong troubleshooting /problem solving skills.
• Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
• Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices, AWS services
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals Passionate about building an innovative culture.
