You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve leading a team of software developers, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and implementing software solutions, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead a team of software developers and provide guidance and support.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.- Design and implement software solutions based on client needs.- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of software projects.- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.- Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Jenkins or GitLab.- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
