Job Description

DescriptionYour Role:Tenable is looking for a Product Manager, to join the Tenable in India, focused on managing the product life cycle from planning through research, development and all the way into the launch. As a product manager youll help shape the product and work with researchers to address customer needs, work with software engineers to design and develop production-ready models to work on some of the biggest challenges in the cyber security industry.Your Opportunity:

  • Manage the product life cycle from planning through research, development and all the way into the launch of the product, messaging included 
  • Collect, prioritize and communicate product requirements and features for current and future products
  • Analyse market trends and competitive landscape
  • Work closely with UX designers to deliver an exceptional product experience to users. Design user studies and collect feedback from all stakeholders to continuously improve the product experience
  • Generate high-level insights from formative research, market gaps, or cutting edge technical insights to arrive at product requirements. Be responsible for setting up and trying out cloud products to better understand and arrive at opportunity areas
  • Understand complex technologies and customer use cases to arrive at insights for driving exceptional customer experience
  • Work closely with all departments to identify gaps and align all product efforts
  • Identify and resolve problems in timely manner, and gather information to conduct data-driven decisions and find potential alternative solutions 
  • Engage closely with the Engineering team to help determine the right technology solution and a reasonable implementation schedule. Develop innovative solutions by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions.
What youll need:
  • B. Sc/B-Tech in computer science or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager
  • Experience with creating product requirements
  • Strong technical background, preferably some experience with cybersecurity 
  • Ability to present technical information and plans.
