Job Description

Position status: This opportunity is for a bid, so it is not yet a secured role. If you would like to be considered as we progress with this position, please click to apply.The opportunityProject: This is a commercial building project in Hyderabad.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing commercial functions on the project including bill verification, bill certification a bill passing.
  • Preparing star rates for non-BOQ items.
  • Maintaining bill tracking and overdue statements.
  • Evaluating the cost claims and variations.
  • Preparing bills of material and quantities.
  • Preparing project cost estimation and item rate analysis.
  • Being responsible?for liaising with the client team for procurement of vendors and materials.
  • Providing support to the project manager for planning any alternatives, and valuing engineering proposals or changes.
  • Reconciling of quantities and preparing budget/cash flow for the project schedule.
  • Coordinating project MIS, preparing rate analysis and cost analysis for various construction items.
  • Managing Billing QS. Being responsible for monitoring the cost performance of the project.
  • Being responsible for BOQs, contract conditions, payment terms, insurances, tender reports, work orders and appointment of contractors.
About youYou will have degree of BTech and MTech in civil engineering and a member of a professional body. You have experience of working on projects of similar nature.You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You have proven experience working on a project from start through to completion within the consultancy industry and are poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike.
