Job Details We are currently looking for a Sr. Mobile Engineer to collaborate in defining Open Blue?s mobile strategy and development activities. Senior Mobile engineer will be working closely with software development and testing teams to design, implement and optimize Open Blue Security native iOS and Android applications.Duties: ? Work with internal (e.g., sales, supports, etc.) and external clients in defining new products in addition to supporting existing products. ? Scope and document technical work based on business requirements. ? Design, implement and create loosely-coupled, robust and highly scalable applications. ? Prototype applications to evaluate new technologies as appropriate. ? Enhance the performance of existing applications, and services. ? Develop code that is platform agnostic; and where applicable, browser agnostic. ? Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are met. ? Enhance the performance of existing applications, and services. ? Work with a large team of engineers in a cross-functional environment implementing high-quality products. ? Shall provide status of their efforts on a daily (morning Scrum) and weekly (Team Huddle) basis.Basic Qualifications: ? All applicants must have bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, EE, Mathematics or equivalent work experience. ? Master?s degree is highly preferred and will count as 2 years of relevant experience. ? At least 5 years of software engineering experience with a solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) ? Must have strong CS fundamentals, software architecture and problem solving skills. ? Must have experience publishing app to the respective App Store. ? Highly proficient in native Android (Java) and/or iOS (Swift/Obj-C) development. ? Experience with JavaScript (in particular Node.js, socket.io), C/C++, Linux, and embedded systems. ? Experience with React is preferred. ? Experience building RESTful APIs. ? Experience with source code version control, in particular git ? Working knowledge of rapid development concepts with Scrum/Agile. ? Capable of working individually, or with a large team comprised of multiple disciplines. ? Strong written and verbal communications. ? Facilitation and team-building skills at all levels
