HR Transformation team are looking forHR Automation Analysts to join our new formed team which delivers improvement and automation of our HR processes and services leverage for our global HR and Service Management platforms.The successful candidate will join one agile Delivery Pods, and complete configuration and development of forms, task automation and events through small continuous enhancement sprints or larger initiatives for bigger functional releases.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with HR product owners, business analysts, HRIT colleagues and Scrum Master to deliver the product backlog
• Participating in the designing of solutions to address business requirements
• Delivering ServiceNow based solutions, using out of the box configuration and/or code frameworks e.g. system config, scripts, rules, workflow, portal widgets (HTML5, CSS, Javascript), security rules
• Testing config and code to ensure it meets requirements and quality
• Aligning with HSBC development standards and good practice guidance, including Agile delivery and Release Management controls
• Writing appropriate functional and technical documentation for all delivery
• Identifying continuous improvement opportunities e.g. error detection and performance enhancements
• Ensuring alignment with HSBC standards, governance and documentation requirements
• Actively participating in the Pod e.g. resolution of system defects, delivery of service requests, development of changes, upgrades/patching, proactive monitoring solutions against expected outomes
• Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimise the likelihood of it occurring, through process review and QA including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with the HSBC Risk Management Framework.
• The jobholder is also expected to adhere to the Change Framework and programme / portfolio governance standards to minimize the likelihood of operational risk occurring and articulate the role of process in business architecture.
• Support achievement of the HSBC vision, values, goals and culture in personal behaviour, actions and decision making.
• Take personal responsibility for understanding and agreeing performance expectations, completing the necessary mandatory training and developing the levels of capability and competence needed to be effective in the role.
