1. Work as part of the project or production support team responsible for remotely monitoring the batch process that will be run in different environments at client sites.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high quality batch monitoring service within agreed budgets and time frames.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES(Outline specific tasks/responsibilities of the role)ÿ

1. French written and verbal communication is mandatory.
2. Provide on-call support and monitoring batch programs on OUAF and non OUAF based environments.
3. Experience in CCB is a plus.
4. Good hands on experience in Unix, SQL and scripting.
5. Good in network, servers and DB concepts.
6. Scheduler (TWS, Autosys, Control-M etc.) administration experience is helpful.
7. Triage the batch issue and apply the solution with limited/no mentorship.
8. Co-ordinate with Developmentÿand other IT teams to drive for resolution on any issues.
9. Monitor and implement online batch management using different work schedulers (Tivoli/Tidal/CAWA) ? Configuring jobs and job streams, defining dependencies, and reporting job performance etc.ÿ
10. Perform Job schedule analysis
11. Monitor the progress by tracking the incident and produce the weekly / monthly reports.
12. Document the issues and provide regular status reports to the Project Manager.

1. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING

1. (Indicate the essential experience, qualifications and attributes required to perform this position effectively)

1. University degree in Engineering in IT, Computer Science or any of its equivalents. BTech/BE preferred, MCA is acceptable
2. 5-10 years for production support experience with lead role and ready to work in shifts.
3. At least one (3) year work experience on Batch Monitoring lead role
4. Understanding of basic Unix Administration.ÿ
5. Good Understanding of quality and security standards.ÿ
6. Good understanding of business processesÿ
7. Knowledge in any Customer Management and Billing System a plus
8. Experience in Object-oriented Design a plus
9. Strong written and spoken English communication skills
