Project Role : Security EngineerProject Role Description : Apply security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. Provide services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats.Must have skills : Infrastructure Security Vulnerability Management OperationsGood to have skills : NAMinimum 5 year(s) of experience is requiredEducational Qualification : BE BTECH MTECHSummary: As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for applying security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. Your typical day will involve managing and maintaining infrastructure security vulnerability management operations. Key Responsibilities: 1.Deployment of Vulnerability Management tools2.Troubleshooting the VM tools deployment issues3.Diverse experience in execution of internal and external scans ? should be able to handle the client queries proficiently4.Driving Zero-day / Security Incident Outbreak initiatives5.Manage End to end deliverables of clients 6.Make sure runbooks are reviewed periodically and approved from stake holders.7.Drive remediation until the closure 8.False positive analysis. 9.Review the reports before sharing it with client. Technical Experience: 1.Proven experience with products dealing with vulnerability management services which include - McAfee, Qualys, Nessus ? Tenable IO & Nexpose ? Rapid72.Strong varied technical experience with Unix/Linux and Windows, broad range of security devices, software development background or scripting. 3.Ability to understand the network security and good skills in firewall, router technologies4.Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel; Word; Power Point).5.Excellent communication skills in managing Client Delivery including ability to translate the remediation methods to platform teams.6.Team player who also works well independently; self-motivated. Professional Attributes: 1.Good verbal communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization methods2.Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little or no supervision Additional Information: 1. VM & PC certified2. CEH certified3. 6+ Years of relevant experience4.
