Job Description

Local Unit & Position DescriptionSafety & Reliability Assessor - RailwayPosition QualificationsEngineer with Railway Industry Experence of 10+ Years .Led a Team of 5 + Members.Design, implementation, commissioning, and maintenance of Rail Subsystems such as:

  • Signalling and protection (ATP-ATO, particularly ERTMS system), electrification and overhead line, fixed and mobile telecommunications, centralised train control and regulation systems, etc.
  • Rolling stock.
  • Rail infrastructure and superstructure.
  • Consultant in rail projects such as:
  • RAM and Safety Engineering.
  • Verification and validation.
  • Noise and vibration, EMC, ergonomics & human factor, running dynamics, LCC optimisation.
  • Project management & Systems engineering.
  • Operation and maintenance optimisation programmes and projects.
  • Assessor/Lead Assessor in rail assurance projects such as:
  • Notified body, designated body and assessment body.
  • Independent safety assessments.
  • Certification of safety management systems and entities in charge of maintenance.
  • Rail product/process certification.
  • 2nd/3rd party assessments, including auditing and inspection type of activities.
  • Knowledge and exposure to rail rules and regulations (CENELEC, UNE-EN, UIC, TSI-NNTR, CSM, etc.):
  • Experience in the application of technologies for rail innovation/digital transformation projects, as well as R&D projects.

  • Support in obtaining rail accreditations in the fields of: NOBO, DEBO and ASBO-ISA.
  • Participate in project technical delivery.
  • Participate in business development activities with strategic clients from the sector.Due to our group growth in Rail-Transportation, we would like to add to our growing team an Advisory and Assessor ? Safety & Reliability for Rail Transportation will participate in:
    • Project Management in the areas of Independent Assurance, Advisory and Digital rail service areas.
    • Support in obtaining rail accreditations in the fields of: NOBO, DEBO and ASBO-ISA.
    • Participate in project technical delivery.
    • Participate in business development activities with strategic clients from the sector.
