We reward employees with competitive pay and incentives to recognizeskills,competencies, and contributionsto business results.???ROLE DEFINITION??Sources, recruits, screens, interviews, and recommends external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs, including entry level, experienced professional/technical, support staff and hourly, and management.May use the services of employment agencies. Place?s employment ads in appropriate sources, including the Internet and print media. Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, including EEO statistics.RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION?Your key responsibilities will be/what you?ll do:?

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing telephonic screenings
• Assessing applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and offer process
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with defined process

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
• Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues

?JOB QUALIFICATIONS?

• Master?s / Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-8 years of recruiting experience
