Tricentis Tosca Lead Test Automation EngineerRole SummaryThe DuPont Quality Assurance Center of Excellence (QA COE) is seeking a Lead Test Automated Engineer to support our enterprise priorities in modernization and digital transformation. The QA COE provides leadership in foundational QA capabilities including standards & best practices, methodology, and tools to increase standardization, agility, and automation in DuPont IT solutions.This role will lead a team of automation test engineers collaborating with project teams, business SMEs and implementation partners to develop, maintain and execute automated testing for our estate of enterprise software. Key focus will be on SAP test development (Fiori and SAP GUI), establishing foundational standards for test automation, and delivering robust, low maintenance test scripts.Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in developing and championing the QA COE automation strategies
• Lead strategy, planning and execution of automated testing initiatives
• Deliver robust, resilient test automation using Tricentis Tosca using key features including Requirement Mapping, Test Case Design, Test Case, Test Execution, and Modules
• Key focus on development of test automation for SAP business scenarios
• Provide leadership in developing and implementing framework and standards for test automation
• Provide technical guidance and education to development and delivery teams to build competency in automation
• Identify opportunities for expansion of test automation into new or established domains
• Innovate test automation solutions for improved performance, resilience, or capabilities
• Continuous improvement of test automation framework, standards, & procedures
• Lead pilot projects to select and implement new technologies or increase QA technology asset utilization
• Maintain up to date knowledge of a broad range of emerging test automation technologies & techniques
• Manage knowledge base for technical and process documentation of configuration and utilization of QA tools
• Provide education for QA tools to application delivery teams to build QA and testing competency

• Provide leadership in developing and championing the QA COE strategies

Key Competencies

• Strong ability to deliver test automation using Tricentis Tosca
• Strong ability to automate test scenarios for SAP in Fiori and SAP GUI
• Strong ability to lead a test automation team to deliver automation in enterprise software
• Proficient in automating test scenarios in various enterprise software across business domains (HR, Data Management, Finance, CRM, Sourcing, Purchasing, Operational Planning)
• Preferred skills in delivering test automation using Selenium, Java, UFT, Worksoft, or other tools
• Ability to effectively use industry standard test management tools such as Micro Focus ALM Quality Center, qTest, and SAP Solution Manager
• Ability to effectively lead and manage project activities
• General knowledge of testing methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and iterative SDLCs
• General knowledge of all phases of QA testing and documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills working in a team setting
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-vendor IT outsourced environment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Education and Experience

• Bachelor?s Degree preferability in a technology field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in test automation, focused in Tricentis Tosca
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience in DevOps and Agile Methodologies to promote collaborative and iterative working models
