Job Description

The Job in shortWe are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO to join our customer success team. You will be a key partner to our customer success teams ensuring smooth project execution and efficient administrative and operational support.Meet the job

  • Team Support & Coordination: Manage on-boarding/off-boarding logistics, system access, and process introductions for team members.
  • Project Management: Assist project managers with resource planning, prepare Statements of Work, track timesheets, manage invoicing, and generate reports.
  • Capacity Management: Monitor and analyze staffing needs to ensure sufficient resources.
  • Stakeholder Management: Support senior stakeholders with key decisions, monitor deadlines, and report potential delays.
  • Contract & Deal Review: Conduct thorough reviews of contracts and deals, identify potential risks and inconsistencies, and ensure alignment with company policies and regulations. Collaborate with legal, sales, and finance teams to address any issues.
  • Data & Reporting: Analyze business data for insights, and develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential roadblocks, communicate them to stakeholders, and work on solutions.
How about you
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a PMO or project support role.
  • Proven experience in contract and deal review, with strong attention to detail and risk identification skills.
  • Experience with full-cycle project management (requirements gathering, proposal development, integration, planning, resource allocation, costing).
  • Strong operational management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets preferred).
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
