Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.As a Product Delivery Manager in Global Customer Platform Cross-Product Center of Excellence, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. Job responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
• Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm?s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
• Remain flexible in a changing environment due to high demands from products across the firm all working to solution their highest priority change
• Excel in communication, collaboration, and coordination across product and technology to ensure the needs of our customers are clearly understood and we expeditiously deliver solutions that meet or exceed their needs and expectations
• Facilitate use case & requirements definition, design, testing, and implementation of new data assets and analytic capabilities that address specific business needs
• Create executive reporting and presentations that communicate relevant and timely program and roadmap information. Manage project stakeholder communications

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
• Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
• Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
• Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
• Understand the process and practice of Agile software delivery
• Demonstrate experience breaking down a complex problem into manageable and achievable parts, then the experience to see it thru to implementation
• Excellent organizational skills to effectively track and manage work in a fast-paced and complex environment
• Must have ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines and be counted on as an essential and fully vested partner
• Ability to work effectively and gain credibility and respect of key partners both inside and outside of the organization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, present findings, and document requirements
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Knowledge of Chase IT tools such as Service Now, Jira, Jira Align, Tableau, and Confluence are a major plus
