  • Level one repairs
  • Inventory management
  • Active backup for managing Stock and Logistic movement to and for from Vendor locations.
  • Backup member for providing support to all Field engineers across North on technical queries that arise at the time of Installation, Breakfix or Program calls and helps in trouble shooting on a Daily basis.
  • Member of Repair bench, to do the L1 repairs of defective terminals, having productivity of 50 L1 per day.
