S&P Global Corporate The Role: Salesforce Solutions ArchitectThe Team: Do you love to collaborate & provide solutions? This team comes together across eight different locations every single day to craft enterprise grade applications that serve a large customer base with growing demand and usage. You will use a wide range of technologies and cultivate a collaborative environment with other internal teams.The Impact: We focus primarily on developing, enhancing and delivering required pieces of information & functionality to internal & external clients in all client-facing applications. Responsibilities:
  • Lead solution design aspects of Salesforce.com implementations and customizations
  • Coordinate teams of CRM professionals and work with stakeholders to build customized solutions that support the business requirements
  • Identify ways to better utilize Salesforce for business processes, make recommendations on enhancements
  • Lead change management process for new enhancements into production
  • Manage large projects from an Agile perspective end to end
What we?re looking for:
  • 8+ Years as a Salesforce Professional
  • Multiple Salesforce Certifications required
  • Technical background in Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • Able to analyze requirements, resolve, document and communicate the optimal design approach
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum Organization
  • Experience with Salesforce Platform Solutions ? Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud
  • Bachelor?s degree in computer science or Computer Engineering or similar program
  • Salesforce certifications preferred: Application Architect, System Architect Administrator, Platform Dev I, Platform App Builder, Platform Dev II
