Master Data - Senior Supply Chain Application Specialist (f/m/d)

Job Description

The Master Data Senior Supply Chain Application Specialist is a key member of DuPont?s Global Integrated Operations ? IT Supply Chain Planning Team. In this role, they will assist in the Operational Planning processes, work on broad integration workstreams with Demand, S&OP and OPR. They will implement and support supply chain processes, integration workflows, data mapping and data integration related to supply chain, while ensuring successful go lives.Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical expert and steward of the Supply Chain master data.
• Conduct business process and data validation, validate supply chain master data rules, exceptions, and mapping to support supply chain processes.
• Implementing and supporting integration workflows for various SAP functions such as P2P, PP and OTC to enable supply chain processes.
• Coordinate with IT Project Manager, Solution Architect and Application Specialists to define and implement required legacy system changes.
• Working with integration architects/Technical Consultants to develop functional specifications, analyze customer needs, carry out testing.
• Participate in sprint testing, manage Operational Planning related defects.
• Worked with Demand and SOP SMEs to test integration scenarios/processes.
• Develop and sustain documentation: data standards to support training efforts, OPR training materials to support change management.
• Develop overall catalog of interim processes to be addressed, to support the rolling Go Lives multiple workstreams.
• Support hyper care for various workstream go-lives.

Education and Experience Required:

• A bachelor?s in computer science, industrial engineering, or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in master data management/data quality for Supply Chain Planning Master Data Maintenance i.e Material Master, BOM, Work center, Routings, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Info records, source list, Schedule agreements, contracts etc
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within data lifecycle with specific focus on data quality practices and data issues management/root cause analysis
• Hands on experience on Demand Planning, Statistical Forecasting, Consumption based planning, Re-order point planning, MRP, MPS, Long term Planning, Capacity planning and Production scheduling, Batch Management, Serial number management with discrete and Process industry
• Experience in process improvement and re-engineering of data
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems integration implementations, troubleshooting, or a support role with enterprise systems.
• Minimum of 5 years SAP and APO Demand/Supply competency required; experience with OMP preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP ERP Master, PP, OTC, MFG, and transactional data.
• Proficient knowledge of SAP ECC and S4/HANA material related data objects preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Supply Chain business processes.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum/Kanban methodology.
