  • Support Non-Financial Risk Management for Wealth & Personal Banking (Singapore).
  • Produce Management Information and support Reporting for Wealth & Personal Banking Operational and Fraud Losses, by which the Business As Usual monitoring can be well managed.
  • Ensure monthly Operational Loss is reconciled with financial reports/entries shared by Finance team and update the Internal Events/Impacts .
  • Escalation of material events to Onshore Risk and Control team for review.
  • Manage Trigger Events and Read across for Wealth & Personal Banking Retail and Wealth.
  • Produce decks for Wealth & Personal Banking Singapore Risk/other forums.
  • Consolidate and produce monthly Ops Loss report to Wealth & Personal Banking Singapore and Head of Risk and Control.
  • Submit weekly incident report to Head of Client Risk Management, ensuring incidents are closed in a timely manner.
  • Have a good understanding of the Third-Party Risk Management Framework in HSBC and Outsourcing Guidelines under Monetary Authority of Singapore.
  • Work closely with the teams in Wealth & Personal Banking Singapore on new developments in Third-Party Risk Management.
