Job Description

Job SummaryThe main purpose of this job is to ensure timely dispatches of Domestic & Export Orders. Arrange timely logistics arrangements with all necessary documents. A strong coordination with Customer Services, Warehouse & Despatch Team is required. Organize, implement, and analyze systems, using people and processes to manage the storage and transportation of inventory and ensure high customer satisfaction.Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with customer services for arranging the Domestic & Export Orders Documents.
  • Coordinate with Domestic Transporters for timely placement of transportation as per material availability.
  • Ensure all order must pick and load in vehicles against the documentation.
  • Coordinate with Customer Care & Dispatch Team for dispatch plan and ensure availability of vehicles on time.
  • Do follow up till the material delivers at customer point without any damage.
  • Collect bill son time and book in system to make payment of transporters on time.
  • Implement cost effective methods to reduce transportation cost per kg.

  • Samples Booking & Courier Despatches cost reduction
  • Batch Pick up, Shipment,Gate Pass Entry, PGI
  • Improve TAT of loadind and despatch & OTIF
  • E-Way Bills,Health Certicficate, COO, BL

  • Transportation Cost Savings & Capacity Utilization of Vehicles

Work experience requirement
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in any large FMCG company with basic knowledge of accounting, warehousing and logistics (IN/Outbound Operations)
  • ERP (SAP experience)
  • Outbound operation activities
  • GMP Awareness
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel etc.)
QualificationGraduate is a must. Post Graduate in Business Administration or Commerce or Accounts is desirable. Negotiation Skills, Good Communication , Hindi Knowledge
