  • Take full ownership on every step of the development lifecycle: Design, implement, automate & test new capabilities.
  • Demonstrate implemented functionality to different stakeholders and/or customers.
  • Involvement in design and conceptual discussions with other team members.
  • Increasingly deliver value beyond the team by driving multi team initiatives spanning multiple domains
  • Apply best practices and coding patterns that ensure world-class solutions that are maintainable, modular and of high code quality.

What you need to succed
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, JavaScript). At least 3 years hands on experience with one of the following: NodeJs / TypeScript / Angular.
  • Proficient understanding in Cloud computing fundamentals in general, and AWS in particular.
  • Build correct, maintainable software components through a broad set of software design skills
  • Ability to act as a technical lead for the projects, recognized by others for the growing domain expertise
  • Ability to decompose customer problems or business scenarios into designs composed of multiple software components interacting with each other
  • Ability to raise the skill level of less experienced members by helping with toolboxes and setting a good example
  • Strong leader for the team with technical and business influence extending outside the team
  • Ability to define and refine technical roadmaps for complex projects providing situational leadership for the people
  • Extensive experience with software development methodologies, tools, and processes (e.g., Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
