What You Know
  • Should have 3+ years of experience in human resource management in a reputed organizationÿ
  • Handling complete process of Health Insurance and Life insurance
  • Employee Personal Files updation.
  • BGV Process completion of all employees, coordinating with Vendor, following up with employees for any pending documentsÿ
  • Attendance & leave managementÿ
  • New hire coordinationÿ
  • Coordinating with Vendorsÿ
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits, complete ownership of compensation, and payroll processes.ÿ
  • Conduct regular assessments of HR needs and provide recommendations for improvement.ÿ
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent treatment with TAT.ÿ
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters.ÿ
  • Coordinating Employee engagement activities.ÿ
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.ÿ
  • Should have own transport for commuting.
Education
  • Bachelor?s degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution.
