  • Manage & deliver 2-3 small to medium size projects simultaneously (ranging up to USD 250K)
  • Create project plan, stakeholder management plan, RAID Log, cost plan, implementation plan.
  • Close monitoring & control of project progress and updating of the required metrics in timely manner.
  • Drive e2e project starting from inception to project closure and Manage & drive Agile Sprint ceremonies
  • Negotiate, coach and mentor team as and when required during the project Lifecycle
  • Reporting of project status/risk & issues in timely & business-friendly language
  • Keep all the process related documents updated as per the organization guidelines
