The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for utilizing and updating our organization?s IT systems to meet business goals. This includes working across IT and functional teams to research, analyze, design and develop existing or new applications as well as the interface tools in our IT applications landscape. This position is responsible for design, implementation and maintenance of various components of multi-tier IT business applications and interfaces in an enterprise environment and will also provide support for escalated application issues, including diagnosis and resolution of technical problems of various scope and complexity ensuring the root cause of the problem is addressed. This role has the flexibility of a remote work option. Our teams work together to ensure our chosen work schedules enable our creativity and productivity as we serve the needs of our customers.As the IT Systems Analyst you will:

• Develop and maintain SAP RICEFW objects Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements (BADI), Forms and Workflow
• Responsible to develop/maintain interfaces between SAP and OpenText, Babelway, Salesforce.com, Oracle CPQ, Agile PLM, Clippership, Proficy MES.
• Configure and customize the SAP ERP based on the business needs in SAP Material Master, Sales and Distribution, Finance and Project Systems modules
• Design interface specifications for apps such as EDI, IDOC, BAPI and Webservices
• Collaborate with functional team members and key users to completely understand the business requirements.
• Develop technical specifications and technical unit test plans based on the functional specifications and business requirements
• Troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner.
• Support integration projects through various phases from gathering business requirements to go-live and post-implementation support

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related area and/or 5 to 7 years of relevant IT experience managing business systems
• Technical experience in Order Management, Material Master, Sales and Distribution ERP functions
• Fluent in English
• Strong verbal, written and presentation abilities; Exceptional customer service orientation
• Leadership abilities to coordinate between functional and technical teams
• Ability to troubleshoot applications and interface issues
• Flexible to work with various time zones

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Emerson?s machine automation solutions business knowledge
• Familiarity with configuring SAP Material Master, Sales and Distribution, Finance and Project Systems modules
• Technical ABAP skills
• Technical familiarity with Interfaces such as EDI, IDOC, BAPI, OpenText, Babelway
• Technical familiarity with Salesforce.com, Oracle CPQ, Agile PLM, MMS2, Clippership, Proficy MES
• SharePoint workflow technical skills
• Strong Programming Experience with adherence to SAP Best Practices.
• Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines
