And because our work spans so many different businesses, from Research and Product Development to Sales, youll keep learning exciting new approaches.About the roleWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Manufacturing Solution Architect for IT/OT Hosting Infrastructure, you will lead the design and deployment of resilient IT/OT solutions crucial to supporting our manufacturing operations. Your focus will be leveraging your expertise in IT/OT hosting infrastructure, backup solutions, and cybersecurity to ensure compliance frameworks such as NIST, IEC 62443.Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to develop a strategic plan for IT/OT hosting infrastructure and cybersecurity, ensuring it is modern, cost-effective, and meets the businesss evolving needs.
• Develop detailed architectural blueprints and documentation for IT/OT infrastructure and alignment of solutions with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between infrastructure solutions, Industrial Automation systems, and business objectives.
• Design and deploy virtualization solutions for IT/OT hosting infrastructure utilizing industry-leading technologies like VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, and Nutanix. Orchestrate compute workloads and automate infrastructure resource provisioning and management to achieve optimal resource utilization and performance.
• Champion OT cybersecurity best practices, for virtualized environments, including access controls, patches, updates ensuring compliance with NIST and IEC 62443 frameworks, and implement network segmentation strategies to mitigate security risks.
• Implement robust OT cybersecurity measures to protect manufacturing operations from cyber threats and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in manufacturing IT/OT, continuously seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and security.

The experience were looking for

• Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of hands-on experience as an Infrastructure/Solution Architect specializing in designing and managing Windows, storage, and virtualization technologies.
• Proven track record in supporting manufacturing environments or similar high-tech fields.
• Expertise in IT/OT solution architecture with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity and resiliency.
• Proficiency in IT/OT infrastructure technologies such as virtualization, containerization, and cloud computing.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (2019, 2022), Active Directory, Group Policy, and related technologies.
• Strong expertise in virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V, and their integration technologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of OT cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks (NIST, IEC 62443).
• Experience with Industry 4.0 principles and their application in manufacturing environments.
