Purpose & Accountabilities
IT&D Sr Technical Analyst - Cloud Ops & Database and Cloud Security responsible for Non SAP ERP Applications such as BW, FP&A, Kinaxis, Fusion etc. along with Integration with SAP Systems. This also includes managing Reckitt?s On Premise Applications DataBase and Cloud Applications.
Key Outputs/Deliverables
Vendor Management ? BaU for System Maintenance, Comms, Operations, Optimization, CI
Service Transitions from Projects ? Global Projects and Roll outs
Managing Heatmaps SAP FEL Applications
System Validation, Audit and Periodic System Reviewÿ
Project delivery: Solution design ownership of SAP Landscape upgrades
Metrics ÿ
System uptime (to ensure that Non Planned Downtime is minimal)
SLA Management ? Problem Ticket, Incident Managementÿ
Cost Optimization for Cloud Applications
Ensure that systems are full up to based on End of Life
Key Interactions/Stakeholders
Acts as primary communicator and link between all stakeholders (BaU and Global Projects) for Transitions for SAP Applications
Coaches team members (e.g., Full Stack Engineers, Business Analyst) to focus on business value by delivering product increments in a flexible work environment
Coordinates with other Global Projects and roll outs
Coordinates with ISOs for Optimization and Heatmap for SAP Applications within FEL
Oversees relationships with selected vendors/suppliers for Platform
Skills & ExperienceTechnical:
