Job Description

DescriptionSUMMARYThis role forms part of the Enterprise integration team under Global Platforms Organization of Reckitt.RECKITT?s vision is to have a ?Unified Integration? approach, connecting the RECKITT global IT landscape to ensure data democratization through secure, quick, re-usable & quality integrations and work towards ?integration as a service? model (INTaaS). This approach would enable data knowledge residing in any part of the RECKITT IT landscape to be readily available to any user (with the required authentication) to transform with other data, business logic or consume directly to create an impact.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare regular updates and communications for the Enterprise Integrations Director, Leads, Business and IT Sponsors, attend Project Steering Committee meetings regularly
  • Work with IT, Business and Vendor teams and ensure Integration resources coordinate with various work streams to achieve the overall project objectives
  • Remove impediments to ensure timely and in-full delivery within defined budget constraints
  • Maintain a plan for all platform related strategic initiatives and provide tracking & reporting to the various stakeholders across the platform activities
  • Responsible for end-to-end delivery management including demand management, effort estimation, prioritization, activity tracking, coordination, resource management and budgeting
  • Manage / Update the project risk register for Integration deliverables and ensure risks are flagged and mitigate their impact on the overall project and deliverables
  • Manage the portfolio for specific projects and strategic initiatives that will be delivered by the Enterprise Integration team across business verticals.
  • Work within the competency as well as with other delivery teams to define system/application and integration requirements and standards˙
  • Implement and make the team to adhere on the business & tech change management methodologies
  • Ensure the project is delivered to RECKITT project management methodology standards and in compliance with CSV requirements:
SKILLSET AND EXPERIENCESkills
  • Minimum 6-8 years in FMCG / pharma / healthcare industry with Integration and Data Analytics experience preferred
  • Excellent Portfolio / Competency management exposure & agile project management skills with a proven track record of delivering strong, measurable, business results
  • Working knowledge and/or experience in MuleSoft, or any other Integration Platform will be a plus
  • Working knowledge of Prince2/Azure DevOps / Azure Board/JIRA/Remedy/Clarity will be a plus
  • Working knowledge on MS SharePoint, Power BI would be a big plus
Qualifications required
  • PMP / PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent project management certification is preferred
