DescriptionJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Platform Manager ? Data Center & Core Infrastructure to join our Data Centre and Global Connectivity team. The Platform Manager will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Data Centre and Core Infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, streamline operations, and support the organizations IT infrastructure goals.Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance infrastructure solutions that meet the organizations current and future needs.ÿ
• Develop 3-5-year technology roadmap for Data Center & Core infrastructure platforms.ÿ
• Identify, review AS-IS Data Centre and Core Infrastructure setup and recommend potential opportunities for smooth migration, service quality improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Lead the design and implementation of VMware-based virtualization solutions (VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi hosts.) ÿand related components to support various business applications and services.
• Analyse, and optimize virtualization infrastructure performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Develop strategies for DNS load balancing, redundancy, and failover to ensure high availability and fault tolerance.
• Design and maintain the organizations PKI infrastructure, including Certificate Authorities (CAs) and related components. Ensure the availability, scalability, and reliability of PKI services.
• Architect Citrix technologies, including XenApp, XenDesktop, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Citrix Cloud, and ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing storage infrastructure (Hitachi), identifying inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for consolidation.
• Develop strategic plans for storage consolidation, outlining objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and expected outcomes.
• Implement and maintain security best practices for virtualized environments, including access controls, patches, updates, and compliance requirements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Evaluate and recommend new technologies that could enhance the organizations infrastructure.
• Liaise with internal technology partners and external vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration to ensure solution completeness.
• Understand functional and technical constraints as well as expectations from future Datacenter & Regional Infrastructure
• Ensure technical solutions meet the needs of business such as flexible, cost, performance, and security.

Qualification:

• Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Information Technology.
• Proven experience as an Infrastructure Architect with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in designing and managing Windows, Storage, Virtualization and Certificate Authority.ÿ
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (2019, 2022), Active Directory, Group Policy, and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V, and their integration with Citrix solutions.
• Proficiency in Dell storage technologies, Azure File Servers, NAS Platform, data replication, snapshots, and storage virtualization.
• Understanding of PKI concepts, including CAs, digital signatures, and encryption.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
