IT&D Manager Technical Architect - Demand Planning

Job Description

Roles & Responisibilites:? ÿGuardian and owner of global design template of respective area with thorough review of technical design proposed by development team.? ÿLead the solution design of demand management component of end-to-end supply planning solution. Responsible for managing solution design, providing guidance (Brainstorm) to (with) project team members on both design and implementation of business processes.? ÿResponsible for obtaining input from key stakeholders and process owners in order to design technical solution around demand management processes that meets all key business requirements.? ÿResponsible for credibly presenting workstream (demand management) updates, decisions, etc. to Reckitt Technical team.? ÿResponsible for the creation, review, governance of training and change request activities & materials? ÿCo-creation of a future-state solution design & architecture model on new process design, complete with end-state governance (communications, escalations, meetings etc.) and KPIs with Solution Architect/Reckitt Technical Team.? ÿWill be working with various teams for planning and prioritizing feature/backlog, iteration management, elaboration of user stories and development for the product by working closely with Business.? ÿManage and deliver components of engagements with various teams that identify, design, and implement technology and creative solutions for business stakeholders. Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.TECHNICAL & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES? ÿCore Kinaxis (Rapid Response) experience of minimum 3 years in authoring/configuration (Overall industry experience of 5-10 years to support the profile)? ÿDemand Planning / S&OP - Experience? ÿKinaxis Certifications Certification - Author Level 2 & Level 1/ Solution Consultant? ÿKinaxis Roles - Author/Analytics? ÿProven track record of understanding of planning and execution processes systems in Supply Chain space.? ÿExtensive knowledge and hands on experience (at least 2 implementations) in Rapid Response, with focus on Demand side components like Demand Planning, Demand Sensing, Scenarios conceptualization, Commercial side inventory optimization as part of MEIO, and Sales & Operations Planning.? ÿHands on experience in designing and developing RapidResponse solutions by authoring resources such as Workbooks/worksheets, widgets and Dashboards, Filters, Scheduled Tasks and Alerts, Automation Chains and Forms.? ÿWorked on requirement gathering by interaction with end-user. Documenting and evaluating the requirements to identify the scope, feasibility and prioritization, by discussing design strategies with Solution Architects and implementing optimized solutions.ÿ? ÿShould have the ability to critically examine varied solution options for their virtues, benefits, loopholes, shortcomings, risks associated, impact of it in global solution footprint and make informed decisions.? ÿExperience with Agile/Safe Framework? ÿExpertise in nurturing business partnership, cross-functional team building and stakeholders management.ÿ
