• Review and manage IT contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a central repository of contracts.
• Maintain a Contracts tracker and ensure proactive & timely contract renewals.
• Prior experience with Purchase requisition and Purchase order creation in Ariba
• Perform goods receipts and cross charge in collaboration with Product teams and finance.
• Initiate and own contracts digital signature process
• Initiate and own new vendor onboarding process
• Support selection of IT service and technology vendors in line with RB?s IT sourcing strategy and corporate procurement policies
• Support definition and prioritisation of the indicators/analytics that will be produced by IT vendors to demonstrate the performance of the IT services that they provide and support.
• Maintaining comprehensive records of IT procurement activities, contracts, and vendor communications

Vendor Management

• Support the integration of new IT vendors into the overall RB IT governance and reporting structures.
• Establishing a good governance framework for engaging with each distinct vendor
• Manage and execute communications with IT vendors in collaboration with supporting service teams
• Maintain a good relationship with IT vendors to maintain reliable and cost-effective sources for service provision
• Continually assess the potential performance risks relating to IT vendors and their products or services
• Support management and operate the processes for contracting with IT vendors
• Support routine market comparisons and benchmarking relating to vendor management best practices.

Sustainable Information Technology (IT)

• Source IT systems to deliver sustainability objectives
• Monitor the compliance of IT vendors with Sustainable IT requirements in contracts
• Promote the RB strategy for sustainable IT to vendors
• Promote principles and behaviours that support sustainable IT

Reporting & Communications

• Use inventory and reporting tools to monitor and maintain global compliance with contracts
• Support maintenance of a portfolio of IT contract change requests and the proper documentation and archiving of all contract documents and amendments
• Assist in the development of reporting to address management requirements to obtain informationÿ

Stakeholder Management

• Maintain current knowledge of vendor licensing rules and report on how they affect the business
• Collaborate with the respective IT Teams such as Service Delivery Managers, Service Support Managers and the Security Operations team in the Cyber Security function to enable a positive end-to-end relationship with vendors

Accountabilities:

• Understand category specifications, and ensure risk, compliance, and other legal aspects in agreements are appropriate and maintained
