Job Description

You?ll help develop functional goals and priorities that align with our overall strategy. You?ll collaborate with our talented and dedicated problem-solving technologists across the JPMorgan Chase & Co. global network.This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day to day operational support of Cisco VPN and Citrix Netscaler Remote Access Infrastructure supporting large scale Remote Access environments utilizing Cisco ASA, ISE, CSM, Stealth Watch, Citrix NetScaler ADC and Citrix ADM.
  • Design, code, test, and deliver software and processes to automate manual operational work.
  • Participate in incident management, problem management and project execution activities.
  • Perform analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to better predict issues and take proactive actions.
  • Build and drive adoption for greater self-healing and resiliency patterns.
  • Work with cross functional teams to design, engineer, document, test and deploy new Remote Access technologies.
  • Participate in rotational on-call/shift coverage.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience in a software engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 5+ years? experience engineering and supporting large scale Remote Access environments utilizing Cisco ASA, ISE, CSM, Stealth Watch, Citrix NetScaler ADC and Citrix ADM.
  • Mastery in at least two or more software languages with respect to designing, coding, testing, and software delivery. (Python and Ansible experience preferred).
  • Prior experience developing and delivering solutions to automate operational tasks.
  • Strong Working knowledge of infrastructure components (e.g. servers, routers, load balancers, cloud products, container systems, compute, storage, and networks).
  • Excellent debugging and trouble shooting skills.
