Job Purpose:This position will be responsible to provide HR support to Multi-BU site, manage entire employee lifecycle, HR processes, HR reporting, Dashboards, compliances, all initiatives and everything that is covered under HR scope˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Highlight Top / Key Responsibilities for this position:Independently manage all HR processes, ˙Talent Management, ˙Experience in Campus recruitment, Robust handling of HR reporting˙Desired Educational Qualification:Degree in Human Resources, is essential with approximately 10-12 years of experience in managing HR Generalist responsibilities, but not limited to, onboarding and talent acquisition˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Technical Skills / Knowledge Required: ˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Hands on with use of MS office tools˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Adept at stakeholder management and ability to handle conflicting priorities ˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Exposure to global processes like Mercer, Korn Ferry etc.˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Experience in implementation of Talent Development processes (including L&D interventions), demonstrate resilience and strong influencing skills˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙
