  • Handling all requests on Employee Central across regions. Liaise with the initiators where necessary to ensure smooth completion of cases.
  • Role holder should understand both PeopleSoft and Employee Central systems
  • Should have knowledge on Employee Life Cycle management activities.
  • Building and maintaining relationship with internal customers and vendors.
  • Resolve employee queries related to HR
  • Process customer instructions as per the agreed Standard Operating Procedures
  • Adhere TAT as per daily / monthly agreed
  • Provide accurate MI with Analysis
  • Adhoc & Monthly standard reports are completed on time
