Assist in preparing associate relations related reports and presentations. Organize internal training programs in partnership with L&D operations team. Crate basic data analytics reports. Assist audit SPOC in HR audits. Assist in drafting associate communications regarding policy and procedural changes. Stay updated on labor legislation and its impact on HR policies.Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excellent MS Excel skills, Basic Power BI skills. Excellent written communication skills.
