If you thrive in a dynamic environment, embraceinnovation, and are passionate about leveraging your People and Organizationskills, then we want you on our team!In this role, you will strategically partner with and serveas a key advisor on all People & Organization (P&O) related matters toemployees, managers, and leaders. You will lead the development and delivery oftalent strategies and initiatives for business segments, participate inday-to-day local P&O operations, and act as the single point of contact forall P&O inquiries in the HYD location. Your responsibilities will includeconducting induction programs for new hires within your business segments and participatingin activities and events aimed at improving employee morale, motivation, andsatisfaction. Additionally, you will engage with managers to provide balancedperspectives, suggest and implement standard practices, and conduct variouscommunication meetings such as one-on-ones, focus groups, all-hands meetings,and other forms of communication within the India segments.You will organize and support segment-level and company-wideevents to encourage employee participation and engagement. Your role willinvolve coordinating activities aimed at boosting employee motivation andfacilitating mentoring activities within segments to support various P&Oinitiatives.Attrition Control MeasuresYou will identify potential attrition within segmentsthrough data analysis and inputs from managers. Your responsibilities includeinstitutionalizing attrition control committees at the segment level anddriving attrition control measures.Employee-Related PoliciesYour role involves identifying policies and providing inputsto respective policy owners in P&O to help prepare or modifyemployee-related policies. You will explain P&O policies and processes toemployees through one-on-one sessions, small group meetings, and policycampaigns, and ensure the implementation of P&O policies and processeswithin segments.Grievance ManagementYou will identify areas of dissatisfaction within projectsor segments, share information with concerned managers, and coordinate withP&O or other functions to help settle unresolved grievances. You willensure effective communication to employees and close the loop on grievances,taking ownership of employee grievances until the final decision iscommunicated, and closing grievances within SLAs.Growth TalksYou will manage target setting, reviews, compensationplanning, and performance cycle tracking (PCT) for business groups. Thisincludes regular follow-up with managers on the completion of performancemanagement process (PMP) stages throughout the year and driving the performanceimprovement plan (PIP) process for your business unit. You will facilitatemeetings with managers and employees, maintain documentation of PIPs, andprovide quarterly PIP reports.Analysis and Report Management & Regular P&OPartner ActivitiesYou will attend to and resolve employee issues surfacedthrough all channels, represent data to segment heads and P&O regardingvarious P&O parameters such as communication forums, star programs, andattrition. You will work with respective managers as advisers onP&O-related topics, assist managers with internal transfers and salaryrecommendations, guide managers on leave of absence policies, ensure accurateheadcount data submission, and maintain up-to-date SAP records. Additionally,you will educate employees on P&O policies and updates, handle monthlypayment advice and confirmations to finance, verify ex-employee and traveldetails, develop retention plans and strategies for key resources, preparesuccession planning for critical roles, and publish reports on headcounttrends, attrition, exit interviews, and one-on-one meetings.The Skills and Experience Required:

  • Extensive and broad P&O experience, including talent management, reward, learning and development, and overseeing effective regional and global processes and systems.
  • A minimum of twelve to fourteen years of work experience in IT organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly complex business with a large, distributed workforce.
  • Excellent people leadership skills, with the ability to engage and inspire high-performing functional teams within a regional and global framework.
  • Strong professional standards, along with a high level of personal credibility and integrity.
  • Flexible and agile, capable of operating strategically while being comfortable with hands-on tasks.
  • Ability to implement policy and contribute to the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Competence in developing strategies and managing their execution.
  • Proven experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional role.
  • Ability to oversee and support multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
  • Operates with a sense of urgency.
