Job Description

The HCM Security and Risk project engineer will work closely with Architects, Software Engineers, and Dev/Ops teams to provide technical support, security architecture and security assurance services internally across the firm?s HCM platform. The primary function includes managing phased Oracle HCM implementations (supporting integrations with applications) and providing ongoing, BAU support for modules released into Production. This includes working on various security projects that are centered on application development and deployment and raise the value of the overall team delivery. This role will handle configuration of security with the Oracle HCM product including reporting/role provisioning, role & access defect resolution, Segregation of Duties (SOD) analysis, and continuous development and integration.

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
  • Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Security or equivalent which includes but not limited to:
    • Function Security
    • Segregation of Duties
    • Data Security
    • Personalizations
    • Security Documentation/Configuration Workbooks
    • Defect resolutions
    • Building Security Roles
    • Location Based Access Control
    • IP Whitelisting
    • Public Roles
    • Current ESS/MSS Role Design
  • Detailed experience with HCM implementation of security driven by Areas of Responsibility and/or Oracle Advance Control module are preferred.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and with Oracle Fusion HCM or equivalent. The successful applicant will also have been working with software product security, systems development, or IT security administration and operations for 3+ years
  • Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices
  • Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture
  • Experience working as part of Agile/Scrum team preferred
  • Experience on JIRA is preferred
