Company:Qualcomm India Private LimitedJob Area:Finance & Accounting Group, Finance & Accounting Group > Global Accounting Ops CenterGeneral Summary:We are seeking an exceptionalÿT&E Accountantÿfor our dynamic Global Travel and Expense team. This role will be expected to meet and exceed the needs of our employees, corporate card and P Card holders as our business rapidly grows in existing markets and scales to new markets. As T&E Accountant, you will be responsible to manage and complete daily operations. You will also assist with enhancing global policies and procedures, driving automation and be an advocate of compliant execution.Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to meet or exceed all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Understand all Qualcomm policies and the relationship they have to the proper submission of expenses
• Perform completeness and accuracy checks
• Manage and respond to queries on corporate card and P card
• Make suggestions of improvements by analyzing current process/system and new Concur functionalities available
• Excellent customer service, problem resolution to corporate cardholders
• Monitor various metrics such as delinquencies, unsubmitted transactions, personal usage of the corporate card
• Provide daily support to associates who have questions on the audit process, policy, and expense report submissions

• Contribute to reports and dashboard preparation
• Prepare and review of all DTPs on a quarterly basis and all changes are tracked regularly
• Complete special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
• Work closely with accounting teams, satellite, and other global locations.
• Stakeholder management
• Calls/meeting with internal/external stakeholders as needed.
• Provide recommendations on overall process improvements in the T&E, Corporate Card & P Card system by researching and assessing standardized work-flow procedures and policies.
• Where required, lead the process improvements, automations etc.,
• Support during annual audits by providing timely and appropriate data and documentation
• Ensure that all processes and policies are compliant with Internal Audit and Sarbanes-Oxley Control requirements
• Assist in quarterly reviews, periodic audits, and prepare audit schedules, as necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Very good understanding of T&E process, Concur system and the way it can connect to neighboring systems (e.g. Oracle, CRM, Service Now, SAP etc.)
• Flexible to work in shifts
• Ability to think differently and take a holistic view, but also be able to dive deep into operational problems when required
• Ability to solve technical and non-technical accounting problems related to AP.
• Commerce Graduate/Masters with 5-7 years of experience in T&E domain. Exposure to procure-to-pay is added advantage.
• Good accounting knowledge and exposure to shared service center
• Excellent written and verbal fluency in English
• Ability to learn/understand standards & processes quickly and adhere to them accurately
• Flexible approach with a strong team spirit
• Effective interpersonal & communication skills and highly professional style
• Comfortable delivering against quantitative and qualitative performance metrics
• Proficient with Excel, dashboards, reporting and analytical tools like Tableau, Celonis etc
• Proficient IT skills including Excel and Outlook
• Demonstrated proficiency in full-cycle Accounts Payable operations
• Able to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:?
