Company:Qualcomm India Private LimitedJob Area:Finance & Accounting Group, Finance & Accounting Group > Global Accounting Ops CenterGeneral Summary:Primary Responsibilities:-End to End Knowledge of O2C - Especially on Cash Applications & Billing.ÿ Complete conceptual and accounting knowledge on Cash application. Creation of the cash receipts and application in SAP/ Oracle. ÿEnsure all documents are saved in the system for future audit purposes. Cash Postings of Different Currencies. Reconcile the Bank statement vs GL and make sure no variance. Thorough Knowledge of Bank Portals such as DB, CITI to recognize the credits. Knowledge on Intercompany payment postings and bulk payment application. Address all the Cash application requests within the SLA and with 100% accuracy. Ability to identify potential risks and proactively address them with team lead/ manager. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet short deadlines. Stakeholder management, ability to communicate effectively, and situation handling. Support the SOX & internal/ external audits.ÿ Adherence to the guidelines and best practices in regard to dealing with customer portals.Additional attributes to be considered:-4 to 6 years of experience in Accounts receivables Billing & Cash application area. Exposure in working Oracle/ SAP ERP. Identifies the process improvement needs and proposes solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication, fluency in English. Quick learner, critical thinker & problem-solving skills.Minimum Qualifications:?
