Your typical day will involve using your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. You will leverage new technologies with a cloud-first and agile mindset to solve challenging business problems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code for both frontend and backend development.- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills.- Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Java Deployment Technologies, Java Enterprise Edition, Java Standard Edition.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Full Stack Development.- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.- Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.- Knowledge of backend technologies such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.- Familiarity with databases and SQL queries.- Experience with version control systems like Git.- Ability to work in an agile development environment.
