To learn more, visit www.litmos.com.The Role:This position will be hired in to SAP Litmos, which will become an independent company under Fransisco Partners in December 2022.The Litmos Engineering team is looking for a full-stack .NET Application Architect and lead engineer to head the technical direction of our SaaS eLearning solution built on the Microsoft .NET platform. This position will lead the technical analysis and design during all phases of software production, including identifying and executing the most effective solutions for its implementation. This position combines technical acumen with refined analytical skills to design, build and maintain a highly reliable high availability SaaS environment.* Provide architectural and design leadership toward building the next generation of the platform* Contribute to the design and development of the current platform, including building new and upgrading existing features* Work with other groups (product management, operations, release engineering, customer support) to ensure the best possible platform quality, performance and responsiveness* Work with other groups to hire, inspire and maintain a high performing Engineering teamRoles and Responsibilities:* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or related field required, Masters degree a plus* 10+ years of experience with leading the design and development of mission-critical SaaS platforms using Microsoft technologies* Experience managing, leading, and mentoring a software engineering team in a fast-paced environment* Experience building, upgrading and supporting platforms built on .NET technologies* Experience with modern UI concepts and UI frameworks* Experience with Microsoft SQL Server development, performance tuning and scalablity* Experienced with cloud-native software design and tools* Strong presentation, documentation/technical writing skills#SAPInternalT4PM#LITMOS #DevT4PMWe build breakthroughs togetherSAP innovations help more than 400,000 customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
