  • consolidating inputs and messaging from the Business Management function, to allow presentation of a single consolidated Enterprise Technology view of data and reporting to the Enterprise Technology CIO
  • driving consistency and standardisation of process within Enterprise Technology COO, across the Functions, identifying areas of strength and encouraging reuse, to maximise value
  • driving process improvement across Enterprise Technology COO, removing the need for manual processes where possible, to improve the service to the Enterprise Technology Function CIOs (both Global and Function)
  • Support ET Operations Director in preparation of OpCo Packs, COO Connect meetings etc.,
  • Creation of process flows, stakeholder maps, other adhoc support requests as they come through!
  • Manage Third Party requests (CTB/CAP) review to take these from Draft to approvals.
  • Admin support to effective delivery of development programmes across Enterprise Technology (eg:Tenacity)
