We are a team committed to develop innovative and groundbreaking technologically sophisticated products ranging from laboratory equipment, analytical instruments, remote monitoring solutions.Position SummaryAs aSoftware Engineer,you will join team with varied strengths of developers to participate in the specification, design, testing, maintenance, and implementation of software foranalytical, bioproductioninstruments and allied products. This software, and these instruments a make a real, positive, and strong impact on the lives of people across the globe.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Participate in code, design, and test plan reviews.
  • Maintain post launch product software, provide resolution to product quality issues.
  • Work with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Comfortable working with CI/CD environments
  • Work with IEC team locally and global software team members to deliver complete and high-quality software applications to schedule and specification.
  • Establishes, maintains detailed and accurate documentation of all work.
  • Demonstrate strong sense of ownership and drive.
  • Adaptability and ability to work independently.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Required Skills:Bachelor?s degree in engineering (Computer Science / Electronics or its equivalent)
  • 0 to 02 years of experience in relevant software industry.
  • Solid development experience using Java, JavaScript, Python programming.
  • Very good with data structures, design patterns, object-oriented design and algorithms used in programming.
  • Experience with Linux & Windows platform.
  • Experience in following formal software development lifecycle, including working with requirements, creation of functional/design specifications, code reviews, code coverage and engaging in process Improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent partnership and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficienciesand other requirements:
  • SQL, schema and db experience/ XML and JSON
  • Tools: Jira, Git Hub/ SVN, GitLab, Confluence
  • Experience with SCADA Systems a plus.
  • Willing to travel abroad based on project need.
