This role requires a person that can address business critical gaps or challenges and address with applying strategic thinking, gathering, and analyzing data to generate insights to support/create business cases, proposals, operational solutions, and executions, and ability to communicate and influence senior leadership to execute/enhance operational programs, processes, and reporting.What The Role Offers? ÿLeading the development, establishment, and enforcement of best-practices for new applications and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout their development lifecycles.? ÿEnsuring that quality measures comply with OpenText standards, industry standards, and accepted best practices.? Proven track record in guiding sizeable, cross-functional teams in the design, prototype, build and launch of enterprise products and business solutions, driving greater efficiencies, engagement, and revenues.? Critical thinking, Innovator with business acumen to forge solid relationships with strategic partners and build consensus across multiple organizational levels in driving innovations in the organization.? Has very good familiarity with various security best practices and tools? Exceptional skills in coaching and guiding the team and upskilling of the team with the latest technologies in handling strategic initiatives of OpenText like Cloud Adoption, AI.? Strong experience in Digital Fax and Messaging business, Digital experience domain, building SaaS applications etc.? ÿBeing the technical thought leader across;ÿ the Director will be responsible for people + process planning, management, and delivery activities.Ensuring communication of progress and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management.? ÿManagement of the local data teams (and their respective team leaders) and working closely with global workstream counterparts ensuring that deadlines are met with the required quality goals.? ÿCoaching, and mentoring for team managers and team members.? ÿInteracting with key business representatives/stakeholders to ensure their requirements are being met. Develop solutions to meet the business requirements while meeting time and cost constraints.ÿWhat You Need To Succeed

• 15 + years proven abilities related to project execution with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced working environment, including relevant experience leading product engineering delivery teams working in a diverse global environment.
• Solid understanding of software/application development life cycle as well as expertise in Testing, Environment and Release Management processes and methodologies. Deeply passionate about technology, he/she must have a strong understanding of the Engineering process.
• 10+ years of project management experience with an overall experience of 15+ years
• 8 + years of experience in management capacity for a Team responsible for Product Development.
• Prior design and development experience in Java, J2EE, UI frameworks, C++, cloud technologies and Databaseÿ is preferrable.
• Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams with superior customer relationship and delivery management skills.
• A team leader with a strong delivery quality mindset often combining strategic thinking, detailed tactical planning and project management expertise to deliver quantifiable outcomes in terms of productivity and quality.
• Strong organizational and influencing skills across teams, ability to engage stakeholders, to understand change readiness, manage differences and create buy-in.
• Impeccable operating discipline and the ability to perform build-operate-transfer as needed to groom the team to a world class level of performance.
