Hierarchical report to General Studies Domain Leader (GS DL).? Functional report to General Studies Mechanical Lead Engineer (GS MLE)Network & Links? TD M‚tier 3D Management Leader and all DMU TA? Project/Platform : x TA, x MLE, x ME, x CAD? KU DMA, KU CATIAMissionsPerformance Measurement/KPI?s? Clean digital mock-up, parts well positioned? Respect of modelisation/structuring methodologies (Q-Checker)? DMTR reviews ready on time? Metadata properly fulfilled? Leadership in realignment mitigations plansResponsibilitiesAccountable for:? Ensuring proper maturity & status level (e.g : Review, Consultation, Order, Proto, Serie?) according to planning? Ensuring proper positioning of the components in DMU? Ensuring proper attributes filling (PDM files) and classification (for MDM E2E compliance based on UNSPSC pivot table)? Ensuring correct application of DMU methodologiesResponsible for:? Building upper appropriate product breakdown structures (ZBS, IBS, ?) and performing all activities assigned to the ?Architect? role in the DMU tool? Synchronizing exchanges between LU, PU, TSS, Suppliers and Subcontractors along project duration, in order to maintain a consistent eBOM configuration? Extracting simplified 3D DMU engineering baselines for DTDR/DMTR, resolving configuration diversity to deliver Customer?s documentation / 3D presentations and edit related maturity status KPIs.Job SpecificationsKnowledge & Experience:? Ability to visualize in space, comfortable with information systems? Knowledge of Technical Data management tools? Modelling knowledge in CATIA or other modeler appreciated? Mechanical Engineering preferably applied to Railway products with 3 to 4 years of experience.? Good speaker, organized, and structured, are words who define you? You have a high capacity to work in matrixial organization, multi-site and international.? English is a key competency. Other languages are welcome.?
