A.ÿÿ PRIMARY Purpose (Why does this job exists)To meet the AMC & Service operations requirementsB.ÿÿ primary DUTIES:To Render service support for HVAC&R AMC and Warranty customers and satisfying their needs LNM Execution for Hyderabad Territory LNM Sales & Revenue Generation Maintaining RT/TAT, PM adherence & FTR to achieve cost reduction Coaching Vendors on JCI?s SOP?s 100% PSA Renewals Timely AR collection Attaining Appreciation letters towards customer satisfaction Breakdown calls, compressor overhauling / hi-skill jobs for Hyderabad Implementing Predictive analysis and new service Timely LNM execution for revenue generation Monitor and groom team working through associates/third party Has to be a self-motivated person and should take initiatives Achieving customer satisfaction by improving RT/TAT& PM adherence Maintaining relationships with key influencers / decision-makers with customer organizations to generate revenues through PSA,LNM,retrofits Constant up gradation of new technologies to chiller system knowledge like screw and centrifugal chillers Managing team of engineers & Technicians working under and supporting on technical aspects to resolve the customer quarry / issues at sitesC.ÿÿ Education, Technical Skills, knowledge and experienceB.Tech 3-5 yrs of experience in HVAC&R industry with service profile Knowledge & Hands on experience in Screw, Centrifugal and Ammonia chillers Knowledge of Electrical Good communication and Presentation Skills Knowledge of MS-Office Skill to manage the team of Engineers /Technicians
