We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realize their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Data Privacy & Controls Analyst - Group Data Privacy & Sharing TeamPrincipal responsibilitiesData Privacy roles have responsibility of supporting initiatives to assist businesses in reducing data privacy risk and regulatory financial impact whilst optimising change delivery.The job will involve most or all of the following activities:

  • Act as a data privacy subject matter expert, guiding stakeholders on the application of India?s Digital Personal Data Protection Act
  • Embedding and providing guidance on Data Privacy Controls locally and regionally. Working with stakeholders to plan future data privacy needs
  • Performing privacy assessments of operational processes, identifying and mitigating risks through effective tools, training and guidance
  • Providing support in developing and administering guidance, training and educational materials. Acting as a role model on data privacy laws, working collaboratively with Data Protection Officers and Legal Privacy teams
  • Identify areas of improvement in local and regional practices relative to managing data privacy
  • Championing, raising awareness and understanding of Group Data Risk Policy and control framework.
  • Perform gap/Impact analysis
  • Conduct Data Privacy controls assurance
