  • Work with and lead other team members and liaise with Product Owners and Business stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are fully understood and are translated into appropriate data requirements and designs
  • Work with diverse technical teams to understand, document existing data structures to support integration and evolution of these to strategically aligned data models.
  • Work with Business and IT Stakeholders to evaluate various data tooling products and recommending the best solutions for the bank.
  • Partner with Enterprise and Solution Architects within and outside the team to define strategic data architecture for the department and more broadly across Wholesale in alignment with organisation strategy, while demonstrating excellent stakeholder managemen
  • Work with Data Architects across the business in various forums on Wholesale and Organisational Data Requirements, while demonstrating intellectual and cross-functional leadershi
  • Guide Product Owners and Engineers in implementing strategically aligned data solutions based on agreed data architecture, modelling, adopting industry standard & bank wide data patterns and methodologies
  • Lead from the front and demonstrate excellence in driving the use of well-designed data models from analysis through to implementation in software services.
  • Guide the data modelling team on adoption of best practice in data architecture and modelling, including use of tools and practices.
